He's literally wasting snaps and forcing the rest of the defense to play a man short with his ineffectiveness. If all you want is someone to occupy a blocker with zero effect we can do that with any Street FA.

Did you see Marsh standing next to Rodgers, looking down field...while Rodgers still had the ball...he bit on a pump fake at point blank range, could have had a strip, or a strip sack, but he froze, looked down field...then Rodgers threw...

Good God. Given enough time, Whitworth could have lifted Marsh and thrown him 15 yards down the field. That absolutely embarrassing.
