I'm not gonna hate on a backup edge rusher looking like a backup edge rusher. Guys like Marsh, Thomas and Colbert will look a whole lot better when they're asked to play behind an NFL caliber starter.

Absolutely, give this D a 1) great pass rusher and 2) a tackling machine MLB and we will be in much better shape.

I know what they were brought in to be. But that's obviously not who they are. Marsh is paid nothing of consequence, neither is Colbert. Both could (should?) easily be made backups. Thomas is okay against the run -- which is what you need in a solid depth guy.

he's an outside backer and he was his rookie season. It's only week 7 man, no need to make statements like that.

marsh and thomas and aa may not even be solid. you draft em number one. you do not expect them to now just be a nice bench player. that is a fail on our coaches or scouts

Damn!
It's funny because Wrath and I pointed out last week how Marsh is getting skinnier by the week. Whitworth tossed him like a child.

This dude ain't no damn backup. Blair is a backup. Marsh is garbage. He isn't good at anything. He can't rush the passer or defend the run. Maybe he needs to stick to Magic card battles because he's finding no success against tackles.

agree, that is why it kills me when some say.. well if we keep him and aa and thomas as back ups. they will be solid. you watch marsh get thrown around and rag dolled and then see him celebrate some worthless sack. it just infuriates me that 1, he is on the team and 2.. you just do not come and take.. ok. i just can not go there anymore

Dude needs to be ashamed, I guess Whitworth got mad about that little Karate show Marsh puts on after he gets one sack in 7 games.

LMAO!!! You just need to retire immediately after that.
I WOULD just like to repeat myself..

Cassius Marsh-Mallow Man would still be rushing the passer as a Patriot had he shown any kind of skills that would allow that head coach to use him..

Heck, he kept an aging Brian Cox; (the late) Junior Seau; and (ex Steelers) Harrison even as part times in order to use them when most needed as a pass rusher..

Blair is a starter and needs to play more actually.
