There's a widespread assumption in coaching circles that Bruce Arians is ready to retire after this season—he and his wife actually talked about it after last season too. When that was being bandied about, one name GM Steve Keim looked into was Sean McVay. That gives you an indication of what Keim might be looking for if he has to replace Arians.

I think he sticks around one more year with Larry Fitzgerald having signed an extension. I think that they drag Palmer back one more year, extend Gabbert and draft a QB in the 2nd round to develop.

He's not wrong. 0 win team with a lot of flotsam on the roster and guys halfassing it. Wouldnt be shocked if they wind up with like 25+ new players next season.

For all the draft picks theyve had, very few are even average players. Nobody questions Dorsey's ability to evaluate talent. I think he'll do well there but he's going to need a new HC at some point.

I think the Steelers and Ravens will run that division regardless. Do your thang Dorsey... From what im seeing in KC, didnt do a whole lotta.

Sorry im kinda s**tting on your optimistic view lol. Im an Ozzie kinda guy... So you wanna be the man you gotta beat the man

One of the more talented rosters in football and one of the top draft records over the past few years? Don't understand your dislike for the guy. As far as GM hires go, the Browns hit an absolute homerun.

Ozzie's fine but its not like Baltimore has a very good draft record since 2012. Several 1st round whiffs and a lot of bad overall picks.

I feel he inherited good players and a lot of it had to with Reid/Alex Smith ball before Tyreke came along. I dont dislike him but he didnt get it done in KC so i dont know exactly what he is.

Time will tell but they gotta show they can compete with the Steelers and Ravens starting next year.

The problem in KC was not in drafting but in paying average players above average salary. They lost some very good OL talent because they couldn't afford to pay them. Rodney Hudson is just the latest example which has left them with two different guys playing center and both ranked well below Daniel Kilgore. That should tell you a lot about what salary cap hell looks like in KC.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Alex Smith traded there.

Alex isn't really an Arians type QB. Although he as improved at this Alex does a great majority of his work between the hashes while Arians wants more of a down field passer than Alex is.
Doesn't sound like Dorsey wants Hue back with the Browns in 2018. Good for the Browns. They need to start anew

Josh McDaniels maybe...

Go all in for Jim Harbaugh!!! Would love to see Cleveland do that, but then again if there's ever a chance I think Indy intercept Harbaugh from Cleveland.

This dude ranked us last and the Rams second-to-last last season so take him with a grain of salt.
