John Carroll has coaches and execs all over the NFL. Staley, Josh McDaniel, Nick Caserio, Greg Roman, Chris Shula(and of course Don). Numerous young assistants and scouts that will be moving up into serious positions of authority in the coming years.

Hearing #Raiders TE coach Frank Smith is leaving Las Vegas to join Brandon Staley's #Chargers coaching staff. Smith a HUGE influence on Pro Bowler Darren Waller, who honored his position coach with a @CoachingCorps
"Game Changer" Award last year.

Interesting. Don't know how he would be as an oline coach (if that's where he coaches) but I've read multiple times in the past that he's seen as one of the better tight ends coaches.
