0-1. He only hired Hackett.
Hiring Hackett counts as 0-2

They were both at Stanford, probably already have a relationship.

Fangio could potentially be in play in Denver as DC for Payton or Harbaugh. I now believe it's at least possible he'd consider that. Faith in new ownership and big money could help sway him. Would be awkward, though, just 12 months after he was fired as HC. https://t.co/mXRPpIZ0ZT

I'd trust a fart after overdosing on laxatives more than Michael Silver

his first year he chose to keep Fangio as HC, only to fire him, so that's an L too. 0-2

The Denver Broncos requested and received permission from the New Orleans Saints to interview Sean Payton for their head coach job, league sources tell ESPN.

The NFL ruled that any in-person interview with Payton cannot be conducted until at least January 17, per sources.

"If Kliff Kingsbury's gone, I'd expect Vance Joseph to be a lead candidate, if not the lead candidate to replace him."
The Arizona Cardinals are allowing the third most points per game (25.7) in the NFL this season.

Honestly, I'd probably retire too if I were McVay, especially since this is the second year in a row he's considering it. I don't think most people realize what a miserable life it is to be a NFL head coach. You have to really love that s**t to do it for an extended period of time.
He got the SB. Now, he can enjoy his life with his smoking hot wife while he's still young and take an easy broadcast job making millions. Plus the Rams immediate future is sketchy, so he can avoid that headache as well.

Hmmm another possible landing spot for Sean Payton if that happens?

Absolutely. They will go all out for Payton if that happens.
