If he underperformed with Drew Brees then what's he going to do with Russell Wilson or Kyler Murray

he just needs another major disaster to destroy a city to make him look good.
Whats the opinion about lafleur coming back to oc role with us? We could give him an extra title. Addition by addition with shanny freeing up for defense staff management and new air game concepts?

My guess is that there are teams out there that will offer him the ability to call plays for them. Dude in San Diego repeatedly tried hiring LaFleur and McDaniel so that is one possible destination. Or he winds up working with his brother in Green Bay.

He'll have no shortage of OC offers. Hell, he may even go for the Rams job if McVay leaves.

What is with the obsession with wanting a coach to hold an offensive coordinator title on this staff?

Our current offensive staff makeup :

HC
ASST HC/RBs
Run game Coordinator/OL coach
Pass game Coordinator
QB coach
ASST QB coach
ASST OL coach
ASST OL coach
WR coach
TE coach
Offensive QC
Offensive QC

-Is there something inherently wrong with the current makeup?

-Why exactly do we need a coach to hold an offensive coordinator title?

-How exactly is that offensive coordinator going to differ from the current setup which has a passing game coordinator and a run game coordinator?

-How would that make Kyle's offense and the coaching and gameplanning better than VS how Kyle has his staff made up now?

I literally don't get why some of you are so obsessed with this offensive coordinator title.

So they're blaming everyone for Zach Wilson sucking except for Zach Wilson.

He'll be the first guy to interview with the entire league and still never get hired.

Sone people have this idea that Kyle calling plays is somehow causing him to neglect the team elsewhere, ignoring that one of the main reasons why you hire a Kyle Shanahan is for his playcalling prowess.

This notion that he'll hire an OC and turn over playcalling duties to them, regardless of how unrealistic it might be, just won't die.
