He cannot collect the full amount if takes another job. Not sure of the breakdown but they were talking about it on NFLN. He would get the $30m if stays unemployed. I'm on board. That's my kind of payday.

I don't see him as the issue I see not having a single burner at WR when you have the best deep ball thrower as an issue. I also see Staley standing slack jawed as his D gives up clutch points to lose back to back years.
