I don't think Carolina fans are too happy about this hire, I know I'd be pissed if that were the 9ers. Every team that needs a head coach should be all in with Sean Payton or Jim Harbaugh. IMO Frank Reich was the worst plan B out there, there's so many candidates I would've looked to than Reich. My plan B would've been Dan Quinn, at least he got to the Super Bowl.

Wilks is the worst. Reich at least went to the playoffs while changing QBs yearly. Wilks is Tomsula/Singletary level as a HC. Another "we need to look at the dadgum film and make improvements" type. He shouldn't be anything more than a secondary coach.
