This is generally how it goes for a new HC. Same rude awakening DeMeco is going to get. Same one Kyle got.

I just love that this is happening after some Philly fan was trying to argue they had the superior defensive coordinator and that their guys were staying.

Leave our coaching staff alone for Christ's sakes. The Eagles and Chiefs were in the SB, go raid their staffs. I baffles me that every year Any Ried's staff goes un-raided, but Shanny is stuck every year finding a new DC, run and pass game coordinators, and QC's. It is as if the rest of the league sits back and wait for Shanny to groom and train fresh young coaches so they can pluck them away. These lazy a$$ teams need to do their own fukking work for a change and groom and train their own goddamn coaches.

Good question and the excuse that they always play into February is not acceptable.

Eric Bienemy (sp?) has earned a shot at a head coaching job. But maybe he is holding out to eventually become Andy Reid's replacement in KC.

I think their defensive coordinator is a lifelong DC (SB wins as DC of '07 Giants and KC x2) as opposed to HC material.
