He calls plays for one year, which might mean he has more experience compared to Mike McDaniel when McDaniel was hired by the Dolphins.

I didn't agree with that hiring either. Dolphins are exciting, have a lot of talent, but we'll see if they move forward any. I'm not really a fan of nonplayercallers being head coaches or guys with a year of experience. I know examples where it has worked, but usually it doesn't. These franchises treat coaches like a child treats the new toy on Christmas. They sour on the toy and hunger for a new one the next season.
