Which is the problem. I don't think his eye for offensive talent is very good.

Needs a strong personnel team to give him the pieces.

No one is hiring Wilks when you have all these ultra promising young assistants out there.

Roman is in the mix. He did interview with the Bears too which could make sense if they are considering keeping Fields.

I don't think Lombardi is a real possibility. Ed Dodds has been connected to Harbro through this cycle I believe

The Spanos family is a s**tshow soap opera with family members suing each other and general chaos.
