Can't wait to see who he picks for the GM and coordinator positions. I've already seen the Greg Roman talk.

If he picks Roman Godspeed Justin.

GM will be a puppet. Lombardi wouldn't be surprising.

Are they getting a GM? I thought this was a I do all situation like Bill B. He isn't going to answer to anyone nor not have total draft control. No way.

I think the NFL network said they're letting Harbaugh pick the GM. Or that's what I took from it.

He'll definitely have control

Of course the GM will be a puppet. Jim's not going to go thru a similar situation like what he went thru with Baalke here.

Don't have to have a puppet to succeed. Lynch isn't a puppet. Veach isn't a puppet. DeCosta isn't a puppet.

Which is the problem. I don't think his eye for offensive talent is very good.

Needs a strong personnel team to give him the pieces.

Good for them. Excellent. Kill KC and your brother in the future.

So was Wilks only interview Chargers? Is he a Rooney casualty?

No one is hiring Wilks when you have all these ultra promising young assistants out there.

Agreed Wilks will need to really drop into his X's and O's and show a lot more scheme to make it.
Fangio fired? Agreed to part ways..

Good move for the Chargers.

At least until he wears out his welcome four years from now.

does the Chargers ownership also have a giant ego made of spun glass?

Roman is in the mix. He did interview with the Bears too which could make sense if they are considering keeping Fields.

I don't think Lombardi is a real possibility. Ed Dodds has been connected to Harbro through this cycle I believe
I never thought Atlanta was a serious consideration for Jim, but I would have liked to have seen what he could do for Bijan Robinson.

At least Jed's grown into ownership since then.

I followed the Chargers years ago when I lived in SoCal.

The Spanos family is a s**tshow soap opera with family members suing each other and general chaos.

They are too dysfunctional to have an ego.

Sounds pretty chaotic. Perfect fit for Harbaugh.
