Hope we get to interview the Cowboys special teams coordinator.
What if the Cowboys land Ben Johnson?

The guy who's been extremely picky about where he goes and wants a good GM+Coach situation probably not a fit with ol' Jerry
Jerry probably going to swing for Deion or BJ but ultimately end up with Kellen Moore.

I can't say I am a huge Mike fan BUT I will be most curious how he does without Jones breathing down his neck every time he has to piss. It must be an almost impossible situation in Dallas.

Im not either but he can put together a solid, competitive teams. Teams with no pedigree or recent history of winning would be perfect for McCarthy.

Cowboys are going to go after Deion or Marcus Freeman aren't they.

Na, sell out for Ben Johnson to out bid the Raiders.

A younger Jerry would have went after Deon... but Jerry is close to....um.. the end, so I'm not sure he wants to take the chance with Deion. And for some reason I expected Deion to go where his son goes lol.

flip Dak to Tennessee and get that pick #1, this would be interesting for us, the fans

I had this same thought

it would be like DAL sends Dak, pick #12 and maybe a future 2nd for the #1 overall

That's quite interesting.

Who in the right mind thinks Dak and his 60 mil is worth the first? The whole city of Nashville will riot

I love Cam Ward as a player, but that trade would make Tennessee instantly competitive. Still have picks for good players and 3-5 years of top 10ish QB play. But the trade wasn't the first straight up, unless you meant the original proposal.

I don't know about most openings but Baalke just got a stiffy.

I haven't had much use for Mike McCarthy since he left SF for Green Bay, and to a lesser degree, the Cowboys.
On the flip side, I'm happy for him - he's finally getting away from that circus run by JJ, in Arlington, Texas!

If I were him, I'd tell my agent "Don't even think about answering any calls from Jax'ville". Times may have changed,
but Trent is still Baalke. I'd rather take my chances in Chicago, if the job were offered; Las Vegas might work, or
chill for a season, re-energise, and see what surfaces in '26.
