I said earlier Chicago and Jacksonville will do well to get him. But I'd do Chicago before Jacksonville because of Baalke. He can probably survive one more coach firing.

McCarthy had Dak and the rest of the NFC east to beat up on

Those playoffs are tainted

Walsh/Seifert/Mariucci had Montana/Young and got to beat up on largely weak NFC West opponents from 1981-1998. Belichick/Brady had patsies in the AFC East for 20 years. You can only beat who is scheduled against you. No apologies for the other teams in your division sucking.
