I'm not saying he wasn't good but if he was that important they could have promoted him to GM and given Lynch a bump at the same time. These things happen every year around the league but somehow teams carry on. They'll find someone to replace him and it may turn out to be somebody better. You never know.

NY85 is right in the sense that Kyle runs the show though. Having said that, losing Peters is going to hurt a bit. Not a fatal loss, but a loss nonetheless. Sort of like losing Jimmy. Yeah folks don't credit Jimmy with much in the way of winning games these past couple of seasons - but he was an important part of the offense. Same, I think, with Peters. Hope Lynch and Kyle can find a Brock Purdy version of an assistant GM in the offseason to replace Adam.

disagree. Lynch IMO is more of a PR guy and project manager than talent evaluator. Kyle is the mastermind, but to downplay how important Peters was to the roster building is silly.

I don't want 5th-7th & UDFA's anymore. LOL

I honestly don't care where our players come from in the draft, if they hit on another 5th, or Mr. Irrelevant, who cares if their 3rd rd picks don't work out, as long as you hit on around 30% of your picks, you're a good GM, and Lynch is a good GM, and Peters I wish the best to him, thankfully for him he doesn't need to deal with Snyder there.

Agree. The only way to stop the poaching is for us to lose a lot. Personally, I don't like that way of stopping the poaching.
