Off the original subject but Fyi, I was on the web in the early 90's not sure what year exactly 1994 maybe 1993. It was archaic.
dos was the operating system and then Windows 3.1.

Was gonna say Mr. Mcgibblits maybe, but this thread was started in 2018. He was on his 3rd new favorite team's message board by that point, not here.

I think you and I have skewed perceptions about smith due to us having over 10,000 posts in here about smith for the past five years. Not everyone takes him personal like you and I. Therefore, a very factual post about the organizations that drafted smith and Garoppolo is not viewed as "pro-Alex" by almost every human on earth except for about 15 webzoners. SoCold has been on this site since the early 90s and rarely posts about smith, therefore, I think he was just providing some obvious context. And yes, the original question is impossible to answer and I will be irate if jimmy is not WAY, WAY better than smith when all said and done

Webzone was around in the early 90's? that's really interesting.

Since Silicon Valley is the cradle of high tech I wonder if Webzone was the first fan forum website. I'm sure Seattle will try and claim they were just like they stole the 12th man.

Hey guys, I know the Alex smith thread gets us emotional but when I said socold has been in here since the early 90s it was an obvious joke. He has been around for a long ass time and doesn't post in this thread a bunch like myself, Gore, Steve, etc.... so when someone outside of the Alex thread crew posts an obvious fact, it may not be "pro-Alex" for the sake of it. Was my only point my good men

Good for him, that knee injury was gnarly. Hope he takes it easy and moves on to what should be a long NFL coaching career if he wants it.
Washington desperately missing Smith. Went from first place in the NFC East, to a bottom feeder team after Smith's injury.

Meanwhile KC is 3-0 and may have the goat offense. Congrats you settled it he's worse than Mahomes but better than Case Keenum.

Settled what?

Mahomes is going to go in the HoF and is better than any QB in the NFL. That team is ridiculous. Of course he makes them better. He'd make any team better, including the 49ers by a lot.

Smith's team, which is a bad team, was in first place when he got hurt. Now they suck badly. I was dropping a fact. Sorry this triggers you
