Yes, there have been several.
It is also informative that Reid was the one that initiated the trade for Smith. He was his choice to operate his system, if you recall.

His individual season will be down from 2018, but still a good offensive season.

To borrow the line that many of his fans have used over the years to explain his longevity:
Who else were they supposed to get instead that would have been an improvement over him?

He will regress from 50 TDs , like most QBs who went over 50TDs in a season

Palmer could have done as good (probably better) in that system, but there were a lot of question marks surrounding him.
Otherwise the options were something like Tebow or drafting Geno. Alex fans act like Reid had the whole league to choose from and picked Alex lol

He has an all pro TE and a pro bowl WR still, most teams cant say that. It might not be a 50 td season again, but i doubt he turns into Bortles.

Marino threw for 48 TDs , following year he lost only Duper for 7 games and threw for 30 TDs
Manning threw for 49 TDs , and then 28 TDs and didn't lose anyone Pro Bowl quality
Manning threw for 55 TDs , and then 39 TD after losing Pro Bowler Julius Thomas
Brady threw for 50 TDs , and then 28 TDs his next full season after losing Moss
Over / under 30 TDs ?

I say easily over 30, he's such a playmaker but his ints will go up.
