He was incredible last year. No controversy with his undeniable talent for me. I do think those who have enshrined him in the Hall or made other similar claims are prematurely shooting their wads, however.

That's fair. I been hyping him a lot since his first preseason game because his arm talent is unique/rare imo. I still stand by the statement that if I had to pick one player to start a team with right now it would be him.

I think most would pick mahomes over jimmy g? For me it's not even close, mahomes is WAY better than anything jimmy has shown

The thing is , young guys like Merhomes, Kittle, Jimmy G etc get recognized and receive a fat target on their head, especially by division rivals.

Some c sucka will try to injure them to lower their stock and threat level.


Vernon getting blasted by that seahawk comes to mind. Never the same after that.

All good though, we listened to our QB guru and we got Solomon Thomas at #3.

Wonder if KS would trade Jimmy G for Mahomes straight up right now? I wonder if he would trade S. Thomas & JG for Mahomes right now?

What do you guys think?
