"Alex Smith hit wide receiver Dwayne Bowe for a 22-yard touchdown in the first quarter of a 45-10 win over the Redskins on Dec. 8, 2013.

385 days and 19 games later, we're still waiting to put "Chiefs wide receiver" and "touchdown" in the same sentence."

I think as long Mahomes can throw a TD to a WR he will be alright

...because Bowe was definitely a stud. When he finally had a chance, he left KC and became a star...

Oh, wait. He didn't. He spent one more lazy, over-weight year in Cleveland and no one else wanted him after that.

Lmao

No WR td's. Let me repeat that NO WR TD.

I don't care if you have all UFA what Alex was able to accomplish is an unbelievable feat.

Do TDs to WRs get you bonus points and stuff?

not bounus points, but the bonus would be defenses having to cover the whole field

Oh, so no extra points for wr TDs and all TDs are equal. Glad that you agree

So your okay with your QB not throwing tds to WR's? I'm sure his WR's would agree with you lol

That's not even avg. you know how many s**tty QBs and WR that have come and gone who have not accomplished that? It's crazy lol

I'm sure Mahomes can surpass that.

In case anyone has forgotten, there actually is a thread for Mahomes and the Chiefs.
I have a feeling this guy will have more than one playoff win with the Chiefs

Seems like a very likely scenario, but there's a rumor Reid is retiring and being replaced by Mike Nolan. So...

even if joking, why would you wish that on any team.

As we see every year, the overall health of a team is a critical component.

As to the Chiefs specifically; much of the talk in KC is that it will be up to the defense as to how far they will go.

Nothing new there.
