As you'd expect, after a little cooling down, Patrick Mahomes handling the situation with a lot of grace and class. https://t.co/b6wsYtyESG

People compared him to Steph Curry for some reason.. but I'm glad he showed his douchiness. What a f**king crybaby b***h.

You have to sympathize. Poor guy might have to play on the road in the playoffs.

"You want to see the guys on the field decide the game. It's call the man, in that moment? You wait until there's a minute left in the game to make a call like that? Loss for words." - Patrick Mahomes

Only thing I'm wondering is why they don't call the play dead like they do for a false start?
If the offense or defense is lined up offsides, they don't blow the play dead. They should.
They blow dead false start cuz it's a pre snap foul. Here the foul is not presnap, it occurs at the snap. At the snap you don't want to penalize the D, for example, if during the live play, the D got a strip sack, that play would stand. We see this on O as well, when the QB has a free play, he can take a downfield shot. Only stop the play if it's unabated to the QB, as a protection for the QB.
I like not blowing it dead, one of the best plays of Sun way CHI drawing DET offside, then hitting a 4th down bomb TD on the free play aspect.
Agree - if he (or a defender in other cases) can't get back onside before the snap, they throw the flag. Toney should have checked with the line official - period.
