6'2" 225 lbs. will have a little bit of fat. That doesn't mean that there isn't a lot of muscle tone too. Which there is. Probably normal non football guy is about 200 lbs. at his size. Strength and explosive speed are totally different kinds of "in shape" than bodybuilder cut which is like 3% body fat. First of all body builders for the most part are not natural. The have supplements that are not legal. Second being strong is totally different. There are chunky NFL linemen that are brute strength guys. But they are not cut. Explosive speed is twitchy. Like fast twitch muscle fiber. All 3 are really different things.

The person posting that just doesn't understand and probably never spent any time in the gym. Just a keyboard warrior.
