As long as Breida can hold on to the ball I am super stoked to see these 3 with Mostert leading the way.
Have you not seen Breida lately .?

I'm thinking positive lol. I like a good redemption story and I don't forget all the great things Breida did as an UDFA last season and the first half of this season. I am pulling for him and hope he still makes an impact.
To really give an example of me hoping for a redemption story I still hope Pettis makes some sort of big catch in the SB

And according to NFL.com Breida only had 2 fumbles in the regular season. I know they were big ones but it is not like he has had some sort of ball security issue over his time with them.
But this is the Wilson thread, and I look forward to Wilson contributing something big even if just on ST. His capper against the Cardinals was awesome.

Wilson is gonna help a lot. I think we needed a short yardage back. Brieda, Mostert, and Coleman were too similar of players.
I fully expect Mostert to get the bulk of the carriers with Wilson getting a lot of short yardage and goal line.

Probably peanuts(relatively speaking). Good to have him back.

Awesome news. He could have a big impact this upcoming season, the same way mostert did last season.

Ditto.
Untapped talent.

Wilson is the complete package of traits. Not a blistering speed guy, but certainly adequate juice there. He's got power and I'd say at this point, he's the best pass catching RB after McKinnon. Mostert is a superior talent overall, but did have some disappointing drops last year.
If McKinnon returns healthy finally, or we take someone in the draft to replace him, that should give us a nice trio if Breida doesn't return.
Mostert/Wilson/McKinnon and/or Rookie

Wonder if we could get anything in a trade for Coleman? If so, take it, if not, just cut him. I like the idea of rolling with Mostert-McKinnon-Wilson, assuming McKinnon takes a pay cut. We can put a UDFA RB on our PS as depth like we did with Wilson.

Before taking that on i would want to see mckinnnon play in meaningful games 1st. That he has not done. Counting on him is fine after we see the goods and then see it over a protracted time. Doing this way, sight unseen...way too big a leap of faith.
...for me anyway. Our luck with injured guys is....well , just look back at the yr. specifically at the jet.
