Ditto.

Untapped talent.

Yes sir

I hope a couple more guys surprise us this off season in camp like Mostert really did last year (mostly O line / DBs)

Give me Wilson instead of McKinnon.
Agree w/Paso, let's see if McKinnon can actually make it to the regular season healthy. We've seen what he can do with the Vikes...we need to see "that" again. If he can stay healthy, they could trade or cut Coleman. I've seen a number of mock drafts that have Lynch drafting a RB...I don't see it happening. Depending on what happens w/Breida, another UDFA should be the move to make. OL, WR, DL (particularly if they can't re-sign AA), CB are the priorities, not necessarily in that order.

I hope he trains his ass off in camp, get a little bigger n stronger but not get slow...hold on to the ball

We need more of this from him https://www.49ers.com/video/jeff-wilson-jr-touchdown-vs-chargers
Trade or cut Coleman, restructure McKinnon bc it's supposedly cheaper the cutting him and have him show if he's healthy in camp and if not he's cut, I love Breida but his fumbles late last year might've got him cut this year, so 2 definitely are Mostert and Wilson who I see having a much bigger role and being very good, then we draft a RB late ( Jamycal Hasty our of Baylor, my sleeper I hope ) and sign a couple Udfa for the PS.

Getting rid of Coleman is stupid. He is a good back. Him and Heem are a great combo.

Yeah, Cole is on our short yardage package - got to keep him.

I like Coleman, but in short yardage I prefer Wilson

Either or will work. Just got to keep Coleman and Mostert as our duo.
Trading/cutting Coleman can free up money needed to try to keep other important players on the roster. Mostert is the lead RB, after him I am fine with a restructured/cheaper McKinnon, and Wilson as our 2-3 on the depth chart. We then would still have Hurd+Juice who can take hand offs from the backfield as extreme depth. Coleman and his close to 5 million salary is a bit pricey.

I was surprised he didn't get more reps last season. When he did he was really solid. I think he will be good enough to be no2 if given the reps this season. Coleman is good once he gets open space but he was lacking on when to cut back threw the opposition defense line. He made a lot of bad decisions particularly when compared to Mostert. That is why I think Wilson will rise above Coleman this season.
