Breida/Mostert aren't going anywhere lol. You base this all on 1 game? that's ridiculous.

If anything, I would say he has a slight edge over Mostert for the 3rd RB spot next year due to his power running style. Jet/Breida/Wilson looks like a good RB group with different skills. Mostert is a great option if any of the three go down, which unfortunately seems inevitable with this teams luck.
The fact Wilson has come in and run well, along with Breida and Mostert, even the more limited Alfred Morris, is a testimony to Kyle's scheme and the OL.

That should not surprise anyone.

that and those other 3 don't play ST.

I've been a huge supporter of Mostert when most have written him off. But we have three very similar Rbs currently and need one RB with power to use in goal line/ short yardage situations. I know it sounds crazy but depending on Mckinnon being 100%, I would be okay with moving on from Brieda and possibly trading him because I believe Mostert is that underrated plus his ST value is needed. Mostert may be one of the top 3 fastest RB in the NFL. If he hits a crease he can be gone in an instant.

It is a small sample size but I was very impressed by Wilson's feel for the zone scheme and think he really could be a keeper. Our backfield as of now is talented but their traits overlap too much.

i think we've lucked out with the RB's we've had, as soon as Mckinnon went down i was a little worried but had full confidence in Breida to take over. But the fact that Mostert came out looking pretty good, to him going down was a bummer.

But now this dude comes in, acting like we've been storing him for a good day and dude runs hard.

i do agree that though, a lot of it is Shans scheme, but he tends to make any RB we have look good besides Morris.

Injuries just suck.

We will have a pretty nice RB core next year if McKinnon and Mostert come back healthy with Breida and Wilson on board too. I was hoping that Breida would get to 1000 but he is still at the top of 25+ yard or longer runs

I love the way Wilson Jr. runs - he's going to be a keeper.
I see us being able to keep all 4. Jet as the starter, with Breida and Mostert backing him up. Wilson is the emergency back, who we keep on the 53, but don't dress on game days. Wilson gives us insurance for 1 of the 3 rb's going down. Mostert stays active on game days due to his ST qualities

Move on from Brieda??
Lol
Ok dude..
Move on from the most productive back we've had for years, and bump two RB's up the roster List above Brieda, one that never played a down for us who suffered a bad injury and the other who played a couple games. yea let's do that.

My point is McKinnon, Brieda and Mostert all have similar qualities and none are short yardage backs. When the games start to matter I think we could notice this issue more. Not saying we definitely should do it but Brieda would have the most trade value probably.

I think very highly of mostert. It's a shame he got hurt because I think with more playing time we would begin to finally see the skill set he brings to the table. He's the fastest RB on the team and is able to get skinny between the holes.

We are seeing that Kyles scheme will create great production at that spot for multiple undrafted RBs just like his father. In the future getting compensation from trading some of them might not be the worst thing.

Go, Jr., go!
One reason I'm inclined to say its not all the system for Wilson is because Morris has struggled. Wilson had the exact traits to excel in this scheme. If Joe Williams could read blocks he would've been just as effective and it wouldn't have been a wasted pick but I'm very happy with our group going forward.

I'd be fine if we do or don't trade anyone. Considering how often our players get hurt though, I could understand keeping everyone to be safe.
