As of yesterday, my order of edge rushers would've been: Bosa, Burns, Ferrell, Sweat (if the medical was a misdiagnosis), and then Allen based on my opinion of these guys in terms of overall talent and polish as pure DEs. Ferrell going 4 instead of 5-15 isn't that much of a reach to me. People had him falling I think more because of what they thought other teams would do at other positions I think, and less because of his talent level.

He also lacks the ability to stay healthy. It would not surprise me if Ferrell is the better player in the pros. Anything is possible.
