One of the most surprising deals of free agency will be Jerrick McKinnon's with the 49ers: It is expected to be a four-year deal worth $30 million -- an average of $7.5 million per year, per source.
One of our signings during this FA period. I like the signing, but wish we were more aggressive in the WR area. Be interesting to see what the numbers are.

Rapoport: Former #Vikings RB Jerick Mckinnon is signing with the #49ers on a 4-year deal, source confirmed (as @AdamSchefter said). They focused on him, as Carlos Hyde left for Cleveland.

Very good speed, good pass catcher but questionable vision and pass protection. I think we overpaid to (4yrs $31mil)

Hoping we do because Garcon is not our answer right now. He's good, but we need someone to grow and develop with Jimmy.

Really good speed and hands but questionable vision and pass protection. I don't like what they paid for him. Would have much rather drafted a RB in the 2nd or 3rd rd....

150% Hyde's annual salary for a much better scheme fit. I'm cool with it.
Awesome draft for RBs. We'll finally have shannahan's guys in place.
