What will his role be though ?? Shanahan said before that each rb with define their roles in camp, now that he has this setback. There may not be a role for him to define other than pass catching.

This offense puts less of a premium on that and more on decisiveness and vision. Make your cut quickly and go. If everyone has done their job you should have a whole lot of open green out in front of you.

Probably not. And though I'm excited to see him in this offense, Coleman, Breida, and even Mostert to a lesser extent have reps and production in this offense. Idk how long he will remain on the PUP list, but whatever length it is, he'll have to really outperform the other guys to get a shot now.
