Imagine the possibilities with Jet at HB and Hurd at FB. Can't wait for this season to start.

And even better! I hope he really clicks with this offense.
Yeah, the kid can really make the offense dangerous.

Am I still just talking ?? Like I said before this is concerning tbh. Players can tolerate pain so it has to be something else. He should probably just sit out this year. It really takes two years to come back from an acl injury. I want him to have a life after football and not chronic knee problems at 28.
did he get hurt again or have another set back?

One more 49er unlikely to play in the preseason: Jerick McKinnon. He experienced soreness after his first two practices and is being held back. He'll have a platelet-rich plasma injection to help speed up the healing process. Putting him on IR to start the season is an option.

Is this major concern? or just part of the process

It's concerning - sounds like that knee is not responding.

I am always skeptical of procedures that speed up injuries. It almost always backfires and ends up hurting the person more

Some come back like nothing ever happened. Others get chronic inflammation. It's too early to say with McKinnon. But considering he has done next to zero weight bearing explosive change of direction... it's not a good sign.
