Agree
I really want Jet to play but not now. He has had two setbacks according to their FO. The Niners are stacked at RB so I'm fine with placing Jet on IR till week 8. Because it is not out of the realm of possibility that one of the backs will need time off or get placed on IR by then. Not trying to curse us but injuries are bound to happen by then.

I still don't know how he's managed to keep his job.

What's a lynch special?

An overpaid underperforming player.

I know McKinnon will turn down for 2.5 millions a year contract cuz he want more moneys for 7 millions. He was not injury from Viking?! Then how did he injury suddenly from 49ers training camp for last year?! Impossible. I believe that he is advangted $$$ when he didnt play for last year.

I don't know what you're trying to imply (my guess is English is not your first language, perhaps?), but McKinnon was healthy when he signed with the 49ers in Spring 2018. In his time with the Vikings he missed one game in 2016 with an ankle sprain. He was also never injured in four seasons in college. He was the very definition of a player NOT injury prone.

He was also never injured in four season then missed the 16 games for the 49ers for last year and this year?! He got 7 millions near 10 millions. He must play this year. Doenst matter about all human for us. My work is risk and injury too and not enough to pay. The footballs make good pay than work job. U know that?!

2019 will go like this PUP -> IR.

By Mid April 2020, we'll find out if an injury settlement is in the works.

No, he does not need to play this year if he's not healthy. It's not your money, so I don't know why you feel you're owed anything from Jet re: "he must play this year". Whether he's earned two cents or $2 billion makes no difference. If he's not healthy enough to play, then he's not healthy enough to play.

He's never playing football again

Put him on IR and roll with RM, Brieda and Coleman. Jeff Wilson can be stashed on the PS. We will be fine. I don't want to say move on from Jet but it appears he is not going to be available to play again this year. If the prognosis is bad then we might want to cut him and focus on extending Breida and Coleman.

Wilson will get swooped up instantly if we try to put him on the practice squad.

I'm fine with Wilson getting signed. Morstert > Wilson.
Poor guy.
