He goes into TC/OTAs and is evaluated...if he blows big deal you cut him like you would months ago. The difference is he cost nothing to cut and you don't have dead money in 2021 either.

Bingo and this will happen imo
If Breida comes back for the minimum, then I am cool with keeping him, but if not, I want Breida+Coleman gone, and McKinnon back on a reduced salary. Mostert-McKinnon-Wilson is fine by me, along with us stashing a UDFA RB on our practice squad in case of injury, perhaps in 2021 we could look to draft a RB to push Mostert for carries, while also allowing McKinnon to leave.

You can't count on McKinnon for anything. He hasn't played in 2 years.
NY not many have a problem with what you are saying regarding JM and JM alone. That's what you dont seem to be understanding.

Restructure. Evaluate. Cut if you need to. No one really has issues with that.

But your argument has always included more actions and projections than just restructuring JM, which some dont agree with.

Look again he could have gotten 6 -6.5 mil over4 or 5 years. That makes no sense lmaooo , Coleman is not an avg player. You do sound bias though ,

You better hope Mostert lives up to the hype next season or you're gonna regret this. You dont cut players that are an important piece of your offense

According to who? Who was giving him 4 yrs $26M? Please show me. If he turned that they money he's dumb as s**t.

His stats from his only yr on this team. 35 ypc, 35 ypg, 38th total yards....that is avg and if you don't think so you're the one being bias.

I'm counting on them drafting someone that can replace 540 yards and 180 yards receiving. Mostert can do what he's already done.

You're the one that said I was picking JM over Coleman, which I never said.

Coleman is a good cut candidate based on the reasons that I've posted in here over and over. He's an avg RB, his stats back it up, yet he's being paid as a top 12 RB.

Kyle and this coaching staff can find a guy to replace that production at a 5th of the price. It's true and it's been proven over and over

Do you use google ?? Lol

Thats all your looking at smh , you use the same reason over and over. Youre still not giving good enough reasons to cut Coleman. Youre gonna put this team on Breida or Mckinnon's shoulders should something happen to Mostert ??

What has Mostert done ?? He's done it one year. Lets see if he can repeat or he is a one trick pony like you call Coleman.
49ers met with Appalachian State RB Evans, who could be there in the 5th round. Both Breida and Wilson had ball control issues so they could be looking for someone else to add to the mix.

Please show me some links of him turning down $26M because he really wanted to play for kyle and only have $3.5M in GTD money.

Mostert avg 1.6 MORE ypc than Coleman and 228 more yards than Coleman (same attempts). He avg 4 yards MORE per catch and had the same yardage with less passing attempts.

Mostert was 2nd in the LEAGUE in YPA and 9th overall in rushing TDs.

Again it's not Mostert vs Coleman even though he out produced him by a mile.

Coleman simply isn't worth his cap hit on a team that needs money and was the 3rd most productive RB (and paid the most).

All about bringing in Evans

Some we're saying that about AA and ward too..see how fast things can change from year to year?

As expected. There's simply no way he plays for SF under his current contract. That means either he's back under a restructure, or he's with another team after being cut.
