Exactly. If he thought there was any real chance of being resigned he wouldn't be saying that.

I almost feel sorry for him now... like an ex trying to make it look like no hard feelings, but deep inside he's butt hurt like a MF.

I'm glad he got paid, but I'm also glad he'll be moving on. I wanted it to work out, but he's not close to what we all hoped he would be.

It was a bad signing before his injury. He was never going to be a workhorse for us. He was honestly never that good at any point in his career.

He has good hands.......lol ok. We paid WAY too much for a mediocre 3rd down back.

He always was overpaid because Shanny got fixated about him in the same way he got fixated about Pettis, Deebo, McGlinchey, Cousins and some other offensive players because when our coach likes a guy he becomes a child with a new toy.

Don't forget Joe Williams. It sucks, but we just can't trust Kyle with scouting. His misses are so bad it honestly blows my mind.

Baalke hit on some picks too, but he couldn't overcome his misses because they were so bad.

The problem with Kyle is a lot of his favorites suck. Cousins is average, McKinnon was never good, traded up for Pettis, traded up for Joe Williams, traded up for Beathard.

If guys like Kittle and Warner were high on Kyles list, we would have traded up and picked them way earlier than they were projected (like we did with Kyles guys).

He never expected to get big time production from players like Warner and Kittle, but he did from guys like Pettis and McKinnon. Do you not see a problem there?

Possibly, but Robert Turner isn't going to force Joe Williams from completely off the draft board to trading up for him. Kyle loved himself some Joe Williams.

I think Kyle hoped he would be like his own Swiss Army knife scat player like Alvin Kamara. It's pretty shocking that he'd be so ungrateful after the Niners waited patiently for two years while he finally got healthy enough to take the field.

Well there's a big problem there actually.

It's great that Kyle is the smartest guy in the room, but his biggest downfall is thinking he's the smartest guy in the room.

How ungrateful , He made several million for minimal production.

I don't blame him for his injury. However, be appreciative for the huge contract the Niners signed with you.
