Only you would think that is somehow bad....
If he indeed is guaranteed 22.9 million in two years, its a f**king horrible contract for a third down RB.

BTW what happened to your play diagrams looking like it came from an 80's fax machine
They were from the 80s.....I ripped them all out of 1980s and early 90s Niner playbooks.

OMG how can anyone defend this contact???
He's never rushed for over 570 yards 3 touchdowns season career high
Jerrick McKinnon really only got one year fully guaranted from the 49ers, but he'll get $11.7m guaranteed this year, with a chance to make $12m. Big time payout or him

You really think he is only going to be a third down back in Shanny's offense. Lol the reaction today.

Id rather have kept Hyde. Way over paid for this dude. He is just a 3rd down back at best and we already have that in Breda.
Hyde was holding this offense back, Jet has the talent to elevate it.
We could easily get a rookie in the second or third round that can do everything and more that this guy can do, and not have had to overpay.
But then you don't fill another need with that pick. There's always a trade off.
Right. Like giving 22.9 Guaranteed over two years to a third down RB. I have to think that money could have been better spent elsewhere.
Except that most people excited about this, were playing armchair GM on guys like Robinson and Johnson and saying we shouldn't "overspend" or get into "bidding wars" Yet that sounds like exactly what we did for a third down RB, and now its being defended as if its a great signing.
Im sorry, i liked the previous two FA signings, but this move, and the Dumervil move i cannot justify. If there is not a replacment for Dumervil coming down the pipeline soon, that was the worst of the bunch, but this RB signing is not great either.
I dont understand why people have to blindly support every decision this FO makes, or have their fandom called out for disagreeing. Its stupid.

Nope. High end 3rd down back. Team still needs a guy who can actually run the football in between the tackles.

STOP thinking that it's only gonna be his running that they're paying for...think about what NO does with Kamara. McKinnon will be a 1,200 yard from scrimmage guy.
I can see about 120 carries and 80+ targets a yr.
