Crazy how fans see these issues before hand & the front office can't. I have no clue what film they're watching on this guy but he's been a huge liability in pass protection over the course of 4 years & what do they do? Buy in on his option lol

I can't even remember the guy who took his place last year but the fact the right side improved was all I needed to know. This FO is clueless with the line. The one call they made right they f**k up by not paying him in Tomlinson.

Not really sold on Foerster as a coach. He's the one pumping these guys up to Kyle in the meetings, I'm sure.

Then Shanahan is either too stupid or too arrogant to see where the problem lies.
This guy's a bust
I'm pissed that he gets burned and then doesn't help Lance up after the sack. Just prints back to the sideline. What should I read out of that?

It was odd for sure. Looked like he was about to, but saw Lance was about halfway up then bolted. Either way it was a bad look

Can't blame you. We have seen development with QBs, RBs, WRs, DL, LBs, and DBs. OL is totally lagging as not one draft pick has met or outperformed their draft position.
besides that given up sack, is there any actual video of his other reps that were bad?
We should be working out Daryl Williams and Eric Fisher. Our FO did exactly what we thought, neglected the O-line.

Next year, RT better be the first pick
I thought McGlinchey played pretty well.
I'm still asking for video proof of him being bad besides the sack. I've seen a few videos on the oline stuff and they don't point him out at all besides that sack not saying he played perfect but I wanna see so we see what he did wrong.

I think Burford will slide over to right tackle especially because of his arm length and the way he plays. Brunskill can take over right guard if we resign him or even Poe. No need to draft a right tackle. Maybe C

His overall rating for the first week ranks him #14 among all tackles. Considering it was his first game back after a serious leg injury, that is pretty darn good.

The problem with MM is he seems to get beat at very crucial moments in the game and makes the same mistakes over and over. Not to mention this was probably MM's easiest matchup all season long. He scores high on PFF for run blocking but when you watch the film you'll notice he's very inconsistent in his run blocking angles, which wasn't nearly as much of a problem his rookie season.

I know he's coming back from injury and he can improve going forward but I don't think he should be a 49er next season.
