The team needs to let him walk. Draft a young OT with the first available pick next year and move on.

He wasn't 100%. He's not he greatest tackle but he injured that quad in the previous game and managed to get out there for a big game. I give him credit for that.

This is a consistent issue for him. It wasn't only an issue yesterday.

Many Tackles play injured every game, just how it is in this league. Tired of making excuses for this guy.

Injuries are an excuse every week on this forum. Why not for McGlinchey? It's not just the injury. He didn't practice much if at all during the week. I saw Williams getting beat yesterday too. This loss was a team effort. Jumping offsides. Illegal motion. Holding. They found ways to screw things up.

MM has had poor pass protection consistently, he's a liability out there. Can't say the same for Williams.

Williams widely considered the best linemen in all of football. McGlinchey gets pancaked by DBs. Clearly the same kinda player

McGlinchey is awful in pass pro, injured or not.

He's been awful in the past and he's awful now.

Yeah it's got some line man bias built into it. I agree

The dude got 2 holding penalties and gave up two sacks including the strip sack fumble where he literally looked like he just didn't care and gave up after the play.

He about looked like he was crying in the field he was getting manhandled and rag dolled all day and just quit.

His base was so weak and hes so tall he has no leverage. He couldn't even angle a no move bull rush around the pocket instead of straight at Jimmy all game.

The effort and performance was pathetic. You could take a 350 lb fat guy off a couch and he would do better. It was that bad.

Seriously every critical third down this guy is a wind bag.

He is terrible. Is Jaylan Moore that much worse? Moore was starting to play better at left tackle.

I feel like Moore needs a ton of experience at the cost of everyone else lol He improves, but makes some bad plays too often. That being said how else can you learn?

It's time to move on from Glinch and give someone else a shot ( Brunskill )
