Glinch haters can rejoice. It appears that even he knows he won't be coming back.

I don't hate the guy by any means, but certainly want more out of the position. That being said, I'm nervous about letting him walk until I hear the plan to replace him.
So do 24 other teams.

You should be nervous. Based on a relatively small sample, McKivitz is not going to ease your nerves.

I wouldn't sign McGlinch, use the money saved to sign Bosa and Aiyuk.
They have enough draft capital to find a replacement.
I feel like he's going to go, I just don't know what the replacement plan is.

You're right. I have made my share of comments about MM since the day we drafted him but my goodness if Mckivitz is the plan
I'm sick of this guy tbh. Lol.

By restructuring a couple of contracts, there is money for all three.

Our earliest pick this year is a comp at the end of the 3rd round. The chances of finding a starting OT that deep in the draft are very low.

Be careful what you wish for.

He was a JL guy, I have a feeling they gonna be standing there announcing his re-signing.

If you're talking about packaging later picks to move up, maybe. We certainly have more picks than holes on the team. I'm not sure Kyle is big on playing rooks on the O line though.
Let's hope Burford slides to RT he had a good number of reps in college and has long arms. We might downgrade in run blocking but upgrade in pass protection.

Then Brunskill can stay at RG or we have Poe waiting

Resign Brendel. Banks was very good and Williams was easily the best Tackle in football yet again.
If Kyle believe Burford can play RT in the NFL, that would really help us on the salary cap. It is so much easier and cheaper to find an interior lineman. Brendal, Brunskill, Poe, cheap FA, and draft are all options at the interior line positions.
Not sure why our media says McGlinchy is a top FA other than not a lot of FA takles.

Per Espns ranking of the top 50, Mc glitchy is the 2nd ranked FA

McGlinchey's pass block win rate this season (89.6%) ranked just 32nd among all tackles, but his run block win rate (81.2%) was fifth overall.

Other tackes hitting FA
Orlando Brown Chiefs
Jawan Taylor- Jax
Kaleb McGary - Falcons (not a good run blocker)
Bye!

Foerster already said he sees Brunskill and Burford as G's in this scheme. I think it's his call.
