Thank god this guy is gone. I will give him credit for improving this year near the end of the season, but he has been horrible at best during his time in SF.

He has single handedly gotten our QBs hurt. I just hope JL & KS get the brains to build a solid oline with soldi backups for once and hopefully start understanding that free untouched rushers cannot be allowed.

Be careful what you wish for. We have NO ONE behind him with even a modicum of experience.

Of course, there is the other alternative and that is that you are just being sarcastic, not really serious at all.

Trent seems super confident in McKivitz. Colton seems to have the size and strength, and according to multiple guys made huge strides this year even though he didn't really play. I guess we'll see. He'll be much cheaper than McG, but that said, I'm OK if MM comes back at the right price only. If he doesn't, I have a feeling we know Colton is gonna be good to go and/or Moore will be developed by then.

Not sure how deep the draft is but its time to put some draft capital in our OL.

We have invested in the OL. Banks had a decent year and will improve. Burford flashed at times but showed the inconsistency of a rookie. He will get better. Moore and McKivitz are projects and we will soon see how they work out. Poe and Zakelj showed enough in TC to earn a spot.

Overall Mike was far from horrible. Wasn't worth his draft pick, but people in here fail to look across the league and see who they're tossing out at tackle. It's pretty bad overall.

he's a starter in this league and will get paid like one.

Spotrac is saying his current market value is 4 yrs/$43M. It is likely the market will drive his price well above that.
Has he improved enough or are we better packaging picks to find his replacement (or best-case scenario, is his replacement already on the team?)?

That doesn't mean he doesn't suck.

Well…because…we all have more bad memories than good ones.

There's a reason Laken Tomlinson was a pro bowler with us and a flop on another team. It wouldn't shock me to see MM get a huge deal from another team and then struggle during his next season.

Our offense hides pass blocking deficiencies of their OL more than any other team IMO. MM is the perfect example of that.
Let him walk, then let Mckivitz and a rookie battle it out or sign a vet like Billy Turner.

At that price let him go to another team & replace him another way! We had a good setup to replace Tomlinson last year so I trust this front office to do the same this year!

Yeah if that's his price, I'm all for resigning him
