How you go from the record ALL TIME Punt Returner in college to crap is beyond me. I thought he would at least be a good #4-5 wr and a great returner. He would break ankles of dbs in college and the nfl. At least he a nice dude

I would say Foster was their worst pick as we traded up for him too.
