t was just one play, but it's a very strong reminder of the immense talent the 49ers have on offense. Garoppolo never got rolling last year before tearing his ACL in Week 3, and Pettis battled injuries before bursting onto the scene late with a handful of very good games.
Getting those two players on the field together for 16 games will be an immense improvement for the 49ers offense, and there's no better reminder of that than Pettis' first ever touchdown.
