Only risk with him is health. If he can stay healthy, I think you're right in that he'll be worth a pick in that range

We could almost make an entire team of guys with the 'if he can stay healthy tag'.

somewhere along the line. that has become the built in permanent excuse for this team under this leadership. but i will meet those types of people halfway.. if healthy its an 8 win team

Not an excuse but the obvious reason. Injuries at all the key positions, hitting at the most vulnerable initial two years of a total overhaul.

There's more depth now. It's show time.

So could every other team, lol. So what's your point?

If only this were true.
DB's trying to press Pettis this year.

Name one team that can't. Any team can have injuries, it can happen to any team, any year.

1,000 yard season for him

That could be easy for him this year. Kittle will get the attention.

I really like Pettis' game

Agree

When the season starts Kittle will be a focus by the opposition.

IMO, this will open things up for Pettis and others.

Agreed. Pettis could have a huge start to the year with all the focus on Kittle. Hope Kyle is ready to take full advantage of this early and often this season
Be careful El Gato!

I see what you were saying. I thought you were going with the "every team has injuries" mantra under the geiss that all are created equal or that the difference between the healthiest and least healthiest is minimal.

Pettis sounds like he's focused and locked in on getting ready for the season now.
