WR Dante "Do something...anything" Pettis

I'd hate to trade Pettis right now - he has so much untapped potential. But, if you give me a 3rd round pick it'd be hard to say no.

Mayo, just like for Arik or Solly, whoever started in game 1, they were bound to have a knockout yr playing next to Dee, Nick, Buck. And it happened.

I wonder if same holds here. We got Brieda out of backfield. We got Kittle, Emmanuel, Goodwin deep....don't you think it might just make the game a whole lot easier for pettis with all that other talent around him....oh forgot Deebo. Kittle , Sanders, Brieda all are going to get noticed. I think that lines up well for pettis to break out...that is what he needs to do now...break out. And it looks like things might just be setting up for him. OR...same can be said for Deebo.

I figured your post was tongue in cheek, but the jokes are getting old imo. You're one of the best posters on WZ, but you have something against this kid in particular, and it's not just related to his performance and work ethic or lack thereof.

I really wish this guy can start doing punt returns because after all, he is the all-time record setting punt returner in college history. James is pretty good I know his average is number one but that certainly is not the case. Dante is so good at making people look stupid covering him, falling down and dusting them, which he does every game. It just sucks that he's not as consistent or we're not passing down field to him because we don't have the time with our backup tackles. This should be the game where he at least gets a touchdown, Carolinas defensive backs aren't that good at all

I think Shanny is too scared to have him return punts since he's so injury prone.

I'm aware of your actual stance and I agree with a lot of said stance. I'm not going to accuse you of anything, but you frequently make jokes about him not being a man's man. Those jokes can easily be taken as homophobic. You might be seen as a homophobe if you continue to make those jokes.

Is Kyle harder on Dante just because Kyle's embarrassed that he reached for Dante in the 2nd round?

So what Kyle, you did what you usually do. That doesn't mean you have to give up on someone we used a 2nd Rd pick for. Dante can still be one hell of a player for us.

Now if we got back a 2nd round pick...lol... then ok.. or an early 3rd pick, sure. But I doubt that's going to happen.

Me? I've stopped doing that a while ago. I just post the funny and weird stuff from him. FTR, have a couple gay family members. They just want to be treated like everyone else and that includes giving them s**t about their sexuality. We even have a great friend paralyzed from the waist down...his nickname is "handi" and he's told daily he's only allowed to hang out with us for the front row parking. But naturally, if anyone else messed with them, that's messing with family. You don't think kitty knows he's effeminate? Read his comments! The dude literally invites it and laughs. I love that. He's real. Just treat him like anyone else and stop being so overly sensitive. It's insulting not too.

The kitty references for me have nothing to do with his sexual preferences, whatever they ACTUALLY are...it's about his mindset. Kyle wants dogs but he drafted a kitty. Literally (licks paw).

Please stop. Try not to get so easily offended. Let's face it, we're a bunch of sports fans, not PHD's. Most of us are at least half nuts or we wouldn't be spending time on this stuff. Just lighten up and enjoy the game.
