You have to play him in contained spaces right now. ACL on the outside can be dangerous. Why not see if he can be versatile for you while you have the chance to see him in practice?

Why not? Our practice squad free safety is playing QB right now. Kyle is playing 3d virtual wizards battle chess while the rest of the league is playing checkers!..... or we are still in tank mode. Probably one of the two.

They said initially they're gonna have him play inside. I think he will compete with AA for that BE spot in TC.

Yes definitely edge.. they should grab an edge every year. Arguably 2nd most important position and went into 2 drafts not taking a chance on a prospect while they took chances on other prospects. Never has made sense to me.

Yeah, Oscar noted on his recent podcast, and we as 9er fans know this intimately, finding ends who are good run defenders is not hard at all esp. these days (where it's a passing league). Saleh seems fixated on run defense so I hope this guy can offer more than a modest pass rush like AA, Tank, Thomas and any of the other 50 run stuffing DE's we've seen around here. He's certainly cheaper than AA.

I still want an IMPACT guy like Bosa and another FA guy like Matthews.

IMO, this upcoming season JL/KS need to get aggressive and learn a lesson from the Rams.

Start going for it viciously and aggressively.

You mean trade away 1st/2nd/3rd round draft picks for veteran players. And draft one dozen 6th rounders. Cause that is how the Rams have been building lately.

I don't want to see him at 3t. How many damn 3ts do they think they need? He's an edge. BE or Leo, IDC, but FFS, leave him at edge, goddamnit.
