I'm counting 10 guys on the D-line good enough to make a roster. Going to be interesting how this all plays out. Buckner, Ford, Bosa, Blair, Thomas, AA, Day, Jones, Street, and Taylor are all in it.

He's definitely on the team, he'd be picked up in a second off waivers.

This D-Line is so deep, unlike so many past seasons.

he being RAW will at least do us better than Armstead really being useless and collecting money.

Shanny should consider starting this guy and see how he reacts against starting OLINE.

By all accounts the team really liked the way that Armstead played the run last year. Enough so that they were willing to pick up his option for this year. With the additions of Bosa and Ford and the emergence of some of the other young players Armstead should really have an opportunity to shine this year if he has the talent to do it. If not then they have Street and Taylor in the wings and they haven't lost anything but some money, which they have to spare this year and is theirs to spend anyway they like. Like Ward, the team obviously sees something in Armstead that they like. While it may not always be obvious to the fans what that is, these are guys that they deal with everyday during the season, on the practice field, in games and in the film room so I guess they are probably better informed than the rest of us about what they feel those players offer the team.

Dude played last season and did nothing. He is definitely on the wrong side of the bubble.

Taylor is good defense zone than AA. We need cut AA please!!

I'm not a huge AA fan but he's much better than Taylor
