#49ers NT Jullian Taylor suffered a knee injury in today's practice. Team has not given a diagnosis, but it's serious enough that he's getting an MRI and the team is calling FA interior defensive linemen. Team was eager to have Taylor back vs. power-running Seahawks.

And that's a wrap on him.. His injury issues go back to college and that's why he fell. Sounds like a season ending injury if we're making calls. Wonder if we bring in Earl Mitchell.

There's not enough time to get a veteran in who's in shape and ready to play in two days with no practice.
I think our only option for Sunday is to promote Givens. I wouldn't expect too much from him just yet. Remember he's a UDFA rookie, chances are he won't be a beast out the gate.

As long as he does his job of gap assignments and plugging holes, that's all we need as he'll be a 1st and maybe 2nd down player.
