And 3 or 4 people doing some sort of silent protest spoils your experience?

Really, looking up at the big screen. boom there is kaep kneeling. Watching on TV, all kaep kneeling.

Watching highlights, 5 minute clip with 2 minutes of kneeling, for EVERY game. A 1 hour sportscenter showed 15 minutes of players taking a knee, EVERY WEEK.

If i wanted political talk, i would go to the young turks, bill maher, peterson, shapiro, crowder. NOT sportscenter, nfl network, Fox sports 1, cbs sports.

It is the opposite when i want sports coverage.

Yet here you are on a message board having political talk

What's the point? TV programs and message boards do not equate....

You need it to enhance yours?

Not at all, when I go to games I sing the anthem(s) and enjoy the experience, a couple of people silently protesting has no effect on me.

Maybe not you, but it does to a very large portion of the fan base.

Ask yourself why you're so bothered by it, there's hundreds of other people (thousands if you count people in the stands) standing up and singing the anthem, why should it matter to you that a couple of people don't?

One reason is because I'm employed and if I pulled that act at the expense of my employer, I'd be fired. And I wouldn't be surprised. Raise your standards for employees of the 49ers.

Oh come on, Jed is the boss and has openly supported the protests, so no you wouldn't be fired, unless your employer was a moron.

Raise your standards? You mean having players so passionate about a cause that they would risk their careers? That's a pretty high standard.

Jed should have resigned him by now. No?

No, that decision is Lynch's, Reid has been replaced on this team as a starter, yet still feels that he can start in the league, we offered a deal that would reflect our position, he rejected it.

All of that is completely normal in the league, what is not normal is visiting a team, having a workout with coaches, and then being asked by the owner about your future protesting plans.

It's also Reid's decision. He was offered a contract and decided to sue the NFL instead. Time to hold him accountable for decisions he's made.

You read his Twitter posts about being good with it playing out like this, right?

No is it normal imo because the bottom line is it offends people. When I have an action or say something , I think to myself before I do so... Is this gonna offend someone. If the answer is yes then I'm not doing it more than likely.
