Not at all, when I go to games I sing the anthem(s) and enjoy the experience, a couple of people silently protesting has no effect on me.

Ask yourself why you're so bothered by it, there's hundreds of other people (thousands if you count people in the stands) standing up and singing the anthem, why should it matter to you that a couple of people don't?
