LMAOOOOOOOOO

LOL seriously. Id hang up so quick if I was the Steelers.

Thomas and a 2nd?

I have to assume that you believe there is value in "Thomas and a ____." I see Thomas and a ___ pick as basically a ___ pick and a throw in. So you and I will never agree on what a fair trade would be if Thomas is included.

Cooper was traded for a 1st round pick. Cooper cant hold Brown's jockstrap.

Cooper is also young and on his rookie deal. Brown is 30 and on a massive deal. If they want the 2nd overall pick they can go to hell.

Yeah, A brown trade and the cooper trade are very different circumstances, especially because of where they are in their career and their contracts.

Cooper will be making $13M+ next year and then will be signing a big deal (if he is good). Id rather pick the guy that I know will produce at an elite level for at least a few more years. I wouldnt be thrilled giving up the #2 pick, but I am not naive to believe that it would cost substantially less. If you want the guy, get him.
Steelers would be dumb as f**k to even ask for the 2nd overall pick for a soon to be 31 malcontent

They would want #2 overall for Brown, did you see what the Cowboys gave up for Cooper?

2nd overall for a 31 yr old WR that has due like $60 million...hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

that would NEVER happen man.
Garrapolo - Brown would be the next Montana - Rice

I'd probably give up the #2 overall pick. We should just build our team like the Chiefs anyway. Defense is overrated.

Dallas overpaid for Cooper....there was literally no other team willing to give up a 1st they got in a bidding war with themselves....People also said Jimmy G was worth multiple 1sts.

Cooper is also like 5 yrs younger and they have control of him for the next two yrs without committing to a contract like Brown has.

There's A LOT more that goes into a players worth outside of play.

1. How do you know no other team was willing to give up a first for Cooper? What exactly do you mean by "they got into a bidding war with themselves"?

2. JG hasn't done anything to warrant multiple 1st round picks, hell even Lynch wouldn't give up a 1st rounder for him hence why we only had to give up a second.

OR they tag him in 2020, Cooper isn't guaranteed a massive contract until after 2020. You're high if you think Brown would cost the 2nd overall pick. I don't even think it would cost a 1st because of his age, contract, and the fact that Pitt might be trying to get him out of there.

Then we should shut down the AB talk then, cause they are not trading him to us for Mullins and a 7th LOL

Remember A. Brown is on the team that is run by the Rooney's not the York's.

Where is this coming from? The Rooney's don't trade star players.

Check into their history.

my bad, actually what was reported was the only other team willing to give up a first was the Titans BUT they wanted to flip 2nds with Oakland.

Sources indicate the Titans were willing to meet the Raiders asking price of a first round pick for Cooper but wanted to flip draft positions with Oakland on the second day of the draft to soften the blow. The Cowboys were willing to trade a first round pick with no other conditions and acquired the receiver on Oct. 22, hours after a tough loss to division-leading Washington.

there was reports the Browns were willing to give up the 12th overall pick for JG. Bill wasn't moving him regardless (until the trade deadline).

Bill's history with the Brown's could have come into play here since they fired him.

He probably vowed never to help that organization again.

Most teams don't trade stars, what's your point? There's clearly friction going on between AB, the coach, and Big Ben....I wouldn't expect them to all come out and say it but the fact that you benched one of your best offensive players in the most important game of the season means something.

this doesn't sounds like things are going smoothly imo

"Obviously we take his lack of communication and his lack of presence, particularly on Saturday prior to the game, to be something that's very significant and will be handled appropriately so," Tomlin said Wednesday in his end-of-season news conference.
"I'm not going to speculate on trades and things of that nature. We haven't formally received a request in that regard, so I'm not going to speculate. I'm not going to speculate where the discipline and things of that nature might go. Just know that it's going to be addressed."

well that's not true

Browns agree to trade Danny Shelton to Patriots. The Browns agreed to trade defensive tackle Danny Shelton to the New England Patriots, a source informed of the deal told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. In return, the Browns will receive a third-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft and Cleveland will send a 2018 fifth-rounder to New England, per Rapoport.

The New England Patriots have traded linebacker Jamie Collins to the Cleveland Browns for a draft pick. The trade is for a third-round compensatory pick if the Browns are awarded one, a source told ESPN's Pat McManamon.
