Lynch isn't a risk taker. And that's fine but he better start producing MUCH better results in the draft if this is his strategy.

Why though?

Results don't really matter much when they're given plenty of excuses year after year. Even if you go out with another losing season, I don't see it being that damaging. They'll be given the full 6 years regardless what happens.
