I feel like some of our fans just want to make a move to make a move. Everything is screaming for us to stay away and yet some are still upset. Last I checked, Buffalo and Oakland were the only teams who wanted AB. What does that tell you?

I'm happy we stayed away from this clown show.

Glad you checked with everyone. I'm sure cap room and lack of ability to cotend had nothing to do with some people not wanting him it was all his personality.

We had cap room for him and passed, so did Indianapolis, NYJ, Seattle, Detroit, Green Bay, Arizona, Denver, Tennessee, and Houston. None of these teams seemed to want him. I wonder why.

Guess Oakland is just smarter than every other team....oh wait

Oakland and Buffalo. Those are definitely the 2 franchises you want to emulate.
In my opinion, this is a player we should have acquired. Having said that,it's not the end of the world. If lynch and shanny can maneuver this free agency and draft and come away with some difference makers on offense and defense, I'm fine. Still, in my opinion this is a player we should have acquired.
Oakland step one complete of Allbright's prediction.

Step one-trade for AB
Step two-overpay for Bell
Step three-move up and get Murray

Wouldn't be shocked if this happens

I think Brown wanted to go there because he knows Murray will be his QB. Really doubt it's he would want to play with crybaby Carr.

I get buffalo doing it, they never get big name FA and need to find other ways.

Oakland doesn't make much sense based on what they did last yr.

Whatever though.

So not all teams (or even close) and just about all of tthem with better WR's than the 49ers. I wonder what those teams history of drafting WR's is compared to the 49ers regardless of who is supposedly running the show.

At least they try. The 49ers are more than happy banking that 30-40 million every year instead of paying players on an attempt to win something.

You can try to spin it however you want, but 2 teams were rumored to show any interest in AB. The Steelers were rumored to be asking for a 1st at the beginning of all this and today they settled for a 3rd and 5th. That is all you need to know about the market for Brown. No one really wanted him and the second he didn't want to play in buffalo it became Oakland or bust.

To get upset with this organization for being one of the 30 teams who didn't want Brown, is kind of ridiculous.
Can't wait for AB AND Carr to air out that raiders train wreck in public.

So now the Raiders have Antonio Brown and 4 picks in the top 35?

Not a bad platform to restart(should have kept Mack though)
