It's not the talent, but the coaching that will be the downfall of Oakland

They can get a couple of quality edge rushers and and a quality offensive lineman on rookie contracts. If they make good choices, they'll turn their situation around quickly.
This. Gruden also can potentially clean up his mistake of letting Mack go also.
Who is he going to draft that's as good as Mack?
It's obviously a projection, but Josh Allen has that potential.

He's not the best WR in the NFL...rebuilding required young players not giving up two picks $50 million for a 32 yr old WR. By the time they are good his ass will be out of the league
He's 30 years old and his numbers suggest otherwise.
He is not the best receiver, let's not exaggerate here. You can say he is one of, but he is getting old too. Plus, you left out the most important bits, he is a receiver with a massive attitude. Huge difference!! There is nothing to spin here. The guy is a complete d*ckhead, period!! That's a fact!!

Mack not so much of a projection. Bad trade.

That's your opinion, an argument can easily be made that he is and has been for the past several years.
I'm not going to a argue about his personality because I don't know him personally.

Not surprised it was the raiders...thank God the drama is over until he starts making headlines for being a headache.
I think it was telling why the 49ers and most every other team stayed away.

Its alot of money but Antonio Brown is a freak. His workout regimen is like Rices and he puts up huge numbers.Even at his age,to me, he is one of the exceptions to the rules of paying players.
Let's see how he acts when they're losing and Carr can't throw the ball to him.
He's going to act like a diva like most elite WRs.Do you think the Raiders are going to keep Carr NYniner85?(serious question)
So when AB makes it clear it's him or me, and I won't play with him, that's a good thing and how you want to run your team?
Or when he gives you 100 receptions and 10 touchdowns a season? Alot of people dont like Carr and Big Ben is no saint(throwing teammates under the bus, accusations by women). No one is perfect and up until last year you didnt hear too much about AB.So yes I take that risk on my team for an elite player(see Randy Moss) but of course you cant fill your team with those exceptions

This mother f**ker was traded for a 3rd and a 5th next year? If Brown didn't need a new contract, how come lynch and co didn't offer something similar? Oh well, he will draft another bust in the 3rd round.

Hahahhahahaha.
There is nothing to argue about his personality, is a well known fact!! LOL. For starters, the dude Photoshopped himself wearing a 9ers uniform when he was still with the Steelers. Do I need to go on?

Not sure I would've been okay with us paying him that much money. Dude whined and complained and basically got what he wanted. Now he knows he can do that to get what he wants. Great talent and would've been awesome to get him, but I'm okay with passing on him.

Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. Well, this time we were the hot groomsman that the bride wanted to bang before the wedding but our morals got in the way. Our hot/crazy meter (analytics) told us to stay away. Now we secretly have to hope their marriage fails so we can feel better about ourselves.

I'm not going to change my tune about wanting the 49ers to trade for AB. But he did do some things in the last few weeks that screamed drama. I didn't care about most of it initially, but it just got worse as time went on. With that said, the Raiders definitely got a legit receiver. We'll see if it actually works out for them. I'm pretty pumped about the receivers that we can potentially draft in the 2nd round. No, they aren't Hall of Famers, but we should have a pretty dynamite group. They will be lacking in star power, but the talent is there.

A 3rd and a 5th? I'd give up those in a heartbeat.
Don't worry, we signed K Jonathan Brown Offseason rolling now.
