So glad he's the Raider's problem and not ours. We jump on the front office for not going after guys but in this case they deserve credit for staying away from him.

This type of a distraction will kill a team. I don't care if he's back and will play moving forward...his teammates will not trust him knowing this dude will let a friggin helmet create a huge distraction for a team trying to change their culture.
