MM: Hello?...Hello? [silent]
Voice on the other line: We will give you a 2nd rounder.
MM: Who is this?
Voice: It's Bill...from New England.

Spoke to someone in Steelers organization about latest AB saga. Noted Mike Mayock has no organizational experience. Advised you have to be willing to let a lot go when you take on a personality of this magnitude. Making it personal will make it worse

He seemed good in Pittsburgh, one of the top organizations in football... Goes to Oakland, with a GM who has never worked in a front office before... and all this happens.

Every time I see this guy "report" something, I picture him standing in front of the mirror, asking himself questions, answering them, and then running to Twitter to "report."

How much do you think Belichick is willing to let go?
If he landed in Jacksonville, Coughlin sure as s**t isn't letting this s**t go.
Yet Andy Reid seems to tolerate a little more.
Not every organization is going to be run the same way. Brown landed in a situation where Mayock is more old school and has less tolerance which doesn't mesh well with his strong personality.

So good that they traded him for pennies on the dollar.
