I read they take a $30 mil cap hit if they release him outright. That drops to $1 mil if they trade him. They gave up a 3rd and 5th for him so they wont recoup that but might be able to get a 5th or 6th because of the headaches he caused.

I've read that suspending him will void his guaranteed money in the deal he signed and will let the Raiders cut him at a loss of $1 million

Ehh there are teams that would be probably willing to take him on with eye towards a SB run. Rams, Chiefs, Saints, Pats come to mind however unsure if they can make it work financially.

They're currently trying to figure out if him threatening Mayock is grounds for terminating his contract, he's going to fight any suspension. Don't think he plays a game in a Raider uniform, which is borderline idiotic. Mayock was a horrible hire.

Why? This is 100% Gruden's decision to sign Brown. I guarantee you Mayock was NOT a fan of signing him. Mayock HATES divas.

It's insane to blame the front office for his actions. You pay for play. To think you would even consider justifying the behavior as "it's who he is" is what is wrong with society. You cannot do whatever you want without consequences.
